Apricot Strawberry Crush Smoothie-Works Magical during summer drenched Sun

Today’s recipe is smoothie made out of fresh apricot and strawberry crush. It tastes divine. This smoothie is wonderful for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. They are low in calories, composing just 50 calories per 100 g weight. Nonetheless, they are rich source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. The fruits are enriched with numerous health promoting phyto-chemicals; that helps prevent heart disease, reduce LDL, ("bad cholesterol") levels and offer protection against cancers. Serves: 3 People
Preparation Time: Under 15 minutes
Cooking Time: Under 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Apricots: 10(Handful of ripe Apricots)
Ice Cubes: 10-11
Strawberry Crush:2-3 tsp
Sugar: 4 tsp
Low fat Yogurt: 3 cups

For Garnishing
Strawberry Crush: 2tsp
Grapes: 7-8 pieces cut in halves

Method:
1: Deseed the Apricots and cut them into pieces.
2. Add all the ingredients to blender, process until smooth.
3. For Garnishing, add ice cubes and grape pieces and top the glass with a spoon of strawberry crush.
4. Refreshing Apricot Smoothie is ready to drink.
